作为学校，如果没有校纪，整个学校就会陷入一种无序的状态，同学们的学习、生活就不能正常进行。只要脚踏实地，严于律己，坚持不懈，就一定能排除艰难险阻。
我有着百分的热情，九十九点九的信心，我满腔的热情，成绩依旧是中等，满腔的热情对当代年轻人来讲，不仅重要而且难得，所以积蓄了很多澎湃的热情，我绝不会让大家失望，我不能说我是能力最强，但我可以保证我会全力以赴。
任职期间，如果老师们和同学们对我有什么不满，随时可以向我提出，我会认真地去思考你们对我的不满评语，我绝不会向无赖那样麻烦，我更不会死赖着不走。
今天，我向我的对手们学了很多东西，真诚的祝愿他们获得成功。当然，更希望在座的各位领导、老师、同学们支持我，信任我，给我一次机会，我会还你们百分之九十九点满意。

我及时交作业。当我到家的时候，我只需要看课文。有时，当班级代表不交书或组织学生听写单词时，他会一直被催促。
如果我成为一名英语班代表，我会仔细检查同学的错误，让他们及时改正。我会尽量纠正他们不准确的发音。当学生遇到他们不理解的阅读问题时，我也会分析并确认答案。一言以蔽之，我会配合各种工作，尽我的职责，及时抄写和分发这本书，并向老师汇报工作。

在工作中，我时时牢记这五点积极工作，虚心学习，总结经验，在工作中进步，在进步中工作。对学生会的更多工作，我有了更多的想法和更细化的步骤。现在的我，需要的是一个能让我得到更好发展的舞台。
就拿刚刚举行过的“科源杯英文演讲大赛”来说，如果我有幸成为学习部部长，我会从初步策划到结束，让所有部员都参与进来，一起出谋划策，继承前次好的经验的同时，从更多人身上吸收更多新的血液、新的思维、新的思想。另外，“认真”在工作中同样起着极其重要的作用。这几个月来，从毛学姐身上我看到了“态度决定一切”，看到了“认真”的价值。我常常想，在平凡的工作中，平淡的生活中，周围的人身上得到的感触才是最深刻，也最能使人受益的。后来，我学会了用心感受人、感受工作、感受生活。在这个过程中，我受益着我的受益，大家也会从我的受益中受益。我坚信，下一届的比赛一定会让大家眼前一亮的。
其次，我会从下，更密切联系部员，从上，与各位主席、部长在各种活动中有更多的交流。比如怎样能把新生接待工作做到更好，怎样可以让“阳光女孩、魅力男孩”、“挑战主持人大赛”等活动锦上添花。这些都将是我下一步想要做的事。
记得在最后一次例会中杨扬学长说过这样一句话：“素质就是在别人没有告诉你要做什么的时候，你就知道自己该做什么。”我很喜欢这句话，它是我一直以来的追求。我朝着这个方向努力着，我会用自己的行动支持有利于学生会的各项工作。院学生会在张晓华老师和各位主席团成员的带领下日渐臻于完美。我坚信，在我们大家的共同努力下，我院学生会一定会成为山西省优秀学生组织。

既然，我竞选的是组织部部长，这基本要求就是，必须对组织部各项工作熟悉。我敢说，这一点我没问题。对于组织部的各项工作，做法开展流程早已烂熟于心。这也是我今天敢站在这里竞选部长的信心支持之一。我们组织部在整个学生会部门中，可能因为我们部门的职能原因，我们部门不能像学习部那样举办“辩论赛”，不能像其他部门一样做一些大家都能看到的工作。但是，平凡不代表平庸，不显眼不代表不重要。比如我们部门的对各团支部要求开展的团日活动，这对同学们思想认识的养成，大学的生活都有着不小的意义。所以，我认为当部长，就要有奉献的意识，不能因为工作性能原因而消极对待。既然是学生干部，就要有为同学们服务的工作态度。同时也得在同学之中树立一个榜样作用。不管是思想道德上，还是学习生活上，都不能落后于其他的同学。对于学生会的各部门也得加强沟通合作。我对于组织部的发展，工作安排也得有所准备和计划。下学期开学第一个月我们学生会最主要的工作就是迎接新生，和招新，我觉

对于我们部门的干事，我会尽快把他们带上工作的轨道，尽快让他们上手我们部们的工作。都说知识是学出来的，能力是锻炼出来的，我觉得作为部长，我的工作不仅是管理好部门事宜，更得锻炼我部干事的能力。给他们一个锻炼的平台，锻炼的机会。
同时，我会淡化我部门干事们的部门意识，增强本部门的学生会整体意识。就是说，组织部不仅仅只是一个组织部，它更是学生会的组织部。干事他们不单仅属于组织部干事，更属于学生会干事。淡化他们的部门意识。要他们对待不管是组织部的工作，还是其他部门举办的活动。只要是学生会的，都要积极认真的参与对待。
总而言之，我热爱组织部，热爱学生会，所以我想留下来，继续承担一份责任。

我想大家第一次接触到大学学生会，应该就是新生报道的时候，综合楼门前那些做接待工作的师兄师姐们吧。看着他们热情的对待这我们这些师弟师妹，带着我们往返于报名处，宿舍。脸上也保持着微笑，和我们交谈着。这就是学生会给我的第一印象。热情，认真，负责，服务同学。我也就在那时暗自的决定，明年这个时候，我也要来这里，带着热情和关爱来接待下一届的师弟师妹们。
于是，我加入了学生会，我进了组织部。依然记得当初刚进学生会的种种情景，第一次开部门会议，第一次开学生会例会，第一次去考察团日、团会活动等等，如今想起也忘不了当时那心头激动的心情。
如今已经当了一年的干事，这一年在组织部，在学生会的工作中，收获也不只是一点点。组织部的工作，大多都是比较普通平凡的，比如管理团员资料，收缴团费等。但也正因为这些，磨掉了我的浮躁，教会我踏踏实实做事。同时在学生会中，也让我多了很多朋友，比如我们部门的成员，还有主席团罗森，兄弟部门的岳鑫啊这些。我想如果，我没有加入学生会，可能也不会认识他们。不会认识他们，我的大学生活也肯定会减色不少。
既然，我竞选的是组织部部长，这基本要求就是，必须对组织部各项工作熟悉。我想我敢拍着胸脯说，这一点我没问题。对于组织部得各项工作，做法开展流程早已烂熟于心。这应该也是我今天敢站在这里竞选部长的信心支持之一。我们组织部在整个学生会部门中，可能因为我们部门的职能原因，我们部门不能像文化部那样举办“书画大赛”，不能像秘书处等部门做一些露脸，大家都能看到的工作。但是，平凡不代表平庸，不显眼不代表不重要。比如我们部门的对各团支部要求开展的团日团会活动，这对团员们思想认识的养成，大学的生活都有着不小的意义。所以，我认为我要当组织部部长，就要有奉献的意识，不能因为工作性能原因而消极对待。组织部也是学生会组织部，既然是学生会干部，就要有为同学们服务的工作态度。同时也得在同学之中树立一个榜样作用。不管是思想道德上，还是学习生活上，不能落后于普通的同学。对于学生会的兄弟部门也得加强沟通合作。也要服从主席团的安排指示。
机会是留给有准备的人，我今天竞选的是组织部部长，所以如果我当选了组织部部长，对于组织部的发展，工作安排也得有所准备和计划。
如果，我当选了组织部部长，对于即将面对的工作重点就是招新。我觉得这也是我的部长工作的重中之重。招新，就是为部门灌输新的血液，部门能否在往后的工作中做的出色，能否具有战斗力，部门的兴衰与这密切相关。在注重能力的同时，还得注重干事们得品德素质。对比我们学生会刚开始的人数，和现在的人数。我觉得这个一些干事的素质有着很大关系。我不希望我的部门以后成为一个空壳部门，所以我得注重血液的质量性。看着我们组织部现在的依旧保持当初的人数，和干事的能力，我觉得我要把这当成我们部门的部门精神，一届一届地传承下去。
对于我们部门的干事，我会尽快把他们工作的轨道，尽快让他们上手我部工作。同时也会大胆又不失谨慎的，把一些工作逐渐安排给他们做。我想，我们学生会还得一个锻炼的平台。知识是学出来的，能力是锻炼出来的，我觉得我作为部长，我的工作不仅管理好部门事宜，更得锻炼我部干事的能力。给他们一个锻炼的平台，锻炼的机会。
同时，我会淡化我部门干事们得部门意识。就是说，组织部不仅仅只是一个组织部，它更是学生会的组织部。干事他们不单仅属于组织部干事，更属于学生会干事。淡化他们的部门意识。要他们对待不管是组织部的工作，还是兄弟部门举办的活动。只要是学生会的，都要积极认真的参与对待。这也是他们锻炼自己，扩展自己人际关系的一个机会。
当然，竞选有可能成功也有可能失败。如果我失败了，我也就退出了学生会。但是，退出学生会也仅仅只是退出学生会这个名字。却退不了我在学生会学到的经验，认识的朋友。

组织部干事要有严格的组织纪律性，既然叫做组织部，我们在组织管理这方面就一定要有优势的。遵守纪律看起来不值一提，可一个纪律严明的团队，工作效率一定可以得到保证。所以在平时就着重培养，使之成为一种习惯，如果我们做到这一点。我们就是最优秀的一个部门。
记录各部门的例会时一定要认真，不能因为不是本部例会就在态度上出现偏差，我们代表的是自己的部门，一定要考虑到部门的声誉。且组织部与各部门接触的机会都是很多的，所以要注意态度及礼貌。提升干事的自我存在感，使其明白自己是组织部的一份子，进入学生会的目的不只是做好工作，更是团结一个集体。同时提升相互学习意识，不断完善自身，提升组织部的综合能力。
如果我可以成为部长，我将从以下几方面开展工作。第一是加强组织部与班级干部的交流，定期召开与学生干部的交流会，关注班级建设动态，互相交流学习，并提出自己的看法及管理意见，并对管理稍有困难的班级提供帮助。使组织部的工作更深入。
第二是干事记录例会定期汇总。将工作及时统计并把握动态，学院及学校开展的工作定期得到汇总也方便学期末的素拓表制作。
第三继承组织部原来的工作，尤其是班级展示一定要开展，班级是学院的基础，班级发展良好才能使学院整体建设得到提高，班级展示是团结班集体的最有效方式，也是最可行的方式，当然开学就将这项工作布置下去，才能使其准备充分。也许形式是死板的，但对一个班级来讲效果是明显的。
第四主动承担学生会一些工作，例如交流会、讲座、或学生会内部联谊活动。甚至一些活动的策划案也可交由组织部来书写，组织部组织协调活动的能力一定是突出的。
组织部活动于幕后为学生会管理提供保障，我们将细节工作做好，才能使学生会主席团及其他部门集中精力做好工作。但是作为学生会一份子，我们也有一种热情，想承担更多的工作，想得到更多的锻炼，想培养更顶尖的人才。我上述的工作计划就是为组织部争取这样的机会。我想将组织部的知名度打响，为学生会整体的发展起到一定作用。我努力的在学生会这条并不平坦地道路上坚持走下去，我为我自己感到骄傲，我知道如果我可以当选部长，我的热情、毅力、责任心，一定可以带领组织部走的更远，将这个部门建设的更好，如果没当选，还是那句话，一直向前走，不放弃，我会走的更远。

有人跟我说过这样一句话：如果你想成为一个部门的部长，你就得把自己放在部长的位置去做事，去考虑问题。这句话我一直记在心中，他不仅让我可以更好的开展工作，更让我进一步了解我自己。大家或许都知道刚开始我竞选的是学生会主席，我也很认真的从主席的角度去考虑过护理学院的各项工作。而今天我之所以会以竞选外联部部长来发表演讲，一方面是我以为我今天的表现不会因为我是竞选主席或外联部部长而受到影响;另一方面，我希望大家能更多的了解外联部。
外联部虽然是出去拉赞助，但代表的是整个护理学院。因此我们的一言一行都需要将护理学院的利益放在首位。在过去的一年中，我的工作能力是大家有目共睹的，所以今天我想大家感兴趣的应该是如果我当选为外联部部长，我将如何开展我的工作。
一，召集外联部成员会议，总结这一年的工作经验，好的方面继续发扬，不足之处努力改正。
二，由于外联部工作的特殊性，我们的工作要走在其他部门之前，很需要其他部门的协调配合，所以积极加强与其他各部门之间的交流沟通。
三，尽可能的发挥本部作用，与有可能成为合作伙伴的各企事业单位及时做好沟通和交流，建立良好的合作关系，以便为我院的各活动提供物资所需，保障活动的顺利开展。
四，外联部是最能体现实践能力的团队要求具有较高的综合素质，而且外联部干事在外工作代表的是全护理学院乃至武铁学院的形象。因此，我们可以定期进行相关知识的培训。
五，建立完善的客户资料档案，维持与客户的长期友好关系。当然了这是一个任重而道远的工作，需要在长期的工作中逐步完善。
当然，以上只是我大体上的工作方向等我担任外联部部长以后会有更详细的工作计划。
我相信无论最终在哪个部门，我都会以我饱满的热情，坚强的毅力，实事求是的工作态度去迎接每一次挑战，全身心肩负起那份责任，就像在奋斗中向南说的：“责任不是应该做的事，而是必须做的事。”我也会的!

我总是及时交作业。当我回到家，我只需要大声朗读课文。有时候看到课代表迟迟发不出书，或者组织同学听写单词，总会一个劲儿的催他。
如果我成为英语课代表，我会认真检查同学交的作业中的错误，让他们及时改正。我会尽力纠正他们不准确的发音。当学生遇到不懂的阅读问题，我会在确认答案后进行分析。总之，我会配合一切工作，尽职尽责，及时交笔记本，把作业向老师汇报。
