奖学金的细则将于录取通知书中阐明。获奖学金生跟所有获录取的学生一样，须先缴付港币10200元(含200元银行手续费)留位费确认接纳录取，而该笔留位费将于入学后发还。理工大学亦为在学期间考取优秀成绩的学生设立奖学金，金额为每年港币50000元，以鼓励学生努力上进。另有其它1000多项不同种类的奖学金。
香港科技大学奖学金
香港科技大学设有内地招生奖学金，嘉勉高考成绩卓越并在入学面试表现突出的同学香港留学院校奖学金介绍香港留学院校奖学金介绍。此类奖学金获奖者经由大学相关部门统一评定，毋须同学自行申请。
大学设有少量内地招生助学金，扶助家中经济有特殊困难的同学。同学必须在通过本校对其高考成绩并入学面试的评核而获得录取之后，方能经由大学相关部门评核是否获得助学金。助学金必须自行申请，申请人必须向本校提供经济状况证明，以供审核。

汇丰内地、国际学生香港奖学金：颁予修读学士课程而成绩优异的非本地学生。金额为港币二万四千元。
香港教育学院校友纪念奖学金：颁予在领导和服务，及创新教学有杰出表现的学生。金额为每人港币一万元。
香港语文运动英文杰出表现奖：颁予主修英文科成绩最好的学士课程学生。金额为每人港币五千元。
香港浸会大学奖学金

大学将按获录取同学在高考及面试的综合表现颁发以下不同等第的奖学金：一等奖学金：金额包括学费、宿费及生活费，为期共四年;二等奖学金：金额约为每年港币50000元，为期共四年;三等奖学金：金额约为港币11000元(即豁免首年宿费)。
